We believe that industry growth is best achieved with empowerment, the share of knowledge and skills development.
Currently we have graduate internships, which aim to fill the gap and need for professionally registered persons in the industry under our Affirmative Action Plan. We support and drive various internal learnership courses, mentorships and external programmes as a driving tool for our previously disadvantaged employees to obtain the necessary skills to be successful in their careers.
Within our Skills Development Implementation Plan, we also offer bursaries to our local previously disadvantaged as a contribution to skills development in the larger industry.
We are fully registered with the relevant SETA and will continue to form close relationships with them in the future.
