We actively encourage and support the participation of black-owned suppliers in the industry through our Supplier Development Programs.

Since launching this initiative in 2017, our goal has been to create a diversified and inclusive supply chain. We aim to foster the growth of black-owned companies through business development support, funding, and a dedicated skills transfer program. This effort led to the establishment of several local black-owned companies in 2018.

We are committed to developing emerging suppliers, ensuring they evolve into sustainable and viable businesses.
